As far as I am aware there are plans should there be time available to test the untested KL layers.

This gives them the option to extract more oil or possibly test 1 or more of the KL 0,1,2 or 5 layers which could be benefit for data on other Kimmeridge sites. (BB, Godley bridge or the unnamed site in PEDL 234)

If an average of $65 per barrel was achieve from the 25000 barrels oil sold revenues would be $1,650,000 with 72% attributable to UKOG.

Every little helps & will go towards paying UKOG's share of HH 3,4,5,6 enabling a faster track to drlling & production.

Maybe you should read the RNS of 18 October it does refer to the Portland & targets 750 - 1000 BOPD from a single sidetrack production well.

The has not been as much data released from the Kimmeridge yet but it will all come in good time the CPR should be very interesting if the Kimmeridge is not priced into UKOG's share price at this stage.

I think that with the declaration of KL3 & the Portland being commercial & oil revenue at that stage being over 1 million we must be around the 2 million level with all the extra oil sent to Hamble since.

By the time the the commingled test is finished I think the next 2 wells will be paid for with Tellurians 35%, contribution before we start production testing on HH1 & the sidetrack & full production.

Scandic is negative he claims to be invested but constantly berates SS & UKOG for SS holding options & not holding shares.

This IMO. does not affect his role as Executive Chairman & the business decisions that he needs to make in running the company. These decisions will be short, medium & long term decisions in the best interests of shareholders in his opinion & with his experience.

UKOG IMO is just starting to emerge from its foundation line of investment company into a early stage development & production company.

Not everything will go the way we want it & there will be ups & downs.

Unfortunately at such an early stage & in such a public spotlight there was no hiding BB & IMO it is one of the reason the market is not reacting to the current flow of tankers from HH.

I have just sent an email to the Motley Fool about there poorly researched articals pointing out some of the positives on
commerciality, funding, planning, testing, production & advised them to look at the UKOG presentation for the next 2 years.

I have said I hope they will do some researched & publish some better quality articals.

On the take up of options there is tax to pay that has not been paid on accrual so becomes income.

What never seems to be said is what would be the total cost per share to SS .

If all SS options we 0.4p which they are not it would cost 85,000,000 0.4p =£360,000 to buy + the value in salary sacrificed to buy the shares ÷ 85,000,000 shares which I do not have at the moment. This would tell you if SS is underwater or not.

Maybe someone has the time to do the full calculation based on salary sacrificed and the different level of option purchase price available to him.

It would certainly be interesting.
