Obviously the share price rises were after operations ceased & the pump came off the well. Investors expected a major announcement or CPR.

I think we can expect more asthings progress.

If HH PORTLAND is worth £150-180 million & the Kimmeridge is worth double that then HH alone is worth about £500 million without the IOW.

There are four Wells scheduled from the Kimmeridge & two from the Portland so can we expect double the oil in place & recoverable from the Kimmeridge than the Portland on that sort of valuation basis £300-360 million value + the £150-180 million from the Portland so HH value could be ballpark £500 million value alone when we eventually get the CPR

I hope your right but you should remember where UKOG's share price was similar to Angus now & I don't want to paint the blackest picture but £3 million loan is about 15% of the current market cap as £1.5 million is about 7.5%.

Theory question I ask myself are what costs are likely to be incurred , how long will it take to get planning, site set up before any revenue will be seen.

Hopefully for Angus & the Weald would then have a bigger picture CPR & more reserves to borrow against for development but at this stage it is still early development.

You can call me a troll if you wish but I think that you miss my point.

My point is what will happen when YA start there conversions & the dilution.

This will happen a long time before any action/revenue or benefits are seen for the money borrowed.

My experience is of how shareholders feel & what they say themselves in the middle of the situation once it starts.

Angus has lot of plans with £3 million currently borrowed from YA that is almost 15% of today's market capitalization.

What do you tink will happen to the sp if YA start converting & forward selling?

What further loans do you think will be available to Angus for a Balcombe EWT & at what cost to shareholders?

SS did say in his interview that they would continue the flow tests until they stated drilling in April.

This break was explained as routine maintenance.

That is for the Portland we have no idea for the Kimmeridge those are still all to come.

The replays seemed to be telling him where to go but not so politely.

Apart from the planning which I now understand is 20 March not 20 February.

We should in addition to the flow rates & revenues from the Kimmerridge get some estimates from UKOG of oil in place in the Kimmeridge limestone's & the recoverable % from the HH licence areas.

It will be interesting to see if once the currant plans are approved if a second permission is sought to drill a second lot of wells 1 more for the third Portland production well & the rest for Kimmeridge production wells as so far on the presentation diagram the wells only tap the KL3 layer.

I'm glad that you think the UKOG share price is going to rise further. As to if you invest / average down from your stated losses we will see.

Financing, reserves & continued success in the early stages is very important as it will provide the confidence & springboard for how quickly the UKOG growth will take place across the Weald & beyond.

We can not keep looking back at BB as a failure but must learn the lessons from it before returning & making it the major success that it should be once we do can you imagine where the share price will be then.

I think you are right but for me the key fact is that once UKOG has cash flow & oil reserves to come which it can borrowed against & any individual problems or failure will be against borrowed money which can be regained from continued oil production & continued growth of it assets.

This compares to the problems encountered at BB where shareholders have had to carry the burden of the dilution & the longer term effects that this has had on shareholders investments without any revenue.

This could easily happen to Hurricane energy even though they have a reserve fund from their bond for repayment of the dept which would keep them afloat for a while.

I believe UKOG can be huge & very exiting times are ahead but it will not all happen overnight .

You forget to mention in your jump start the share price comment that it could be turbo charge down in the mean time by some YA loan conversions & forward selling.

Both price monitoring.
