Thanks for that. Different rules for REIT's, of which I was unaware. Now aware and in future I will beware!
Dividend Declaration
The Board has today declared a second quarterly dividend for the period from 1 July 2022 to 30 September 2022 of 1.425p per Ordinary Share as part of the previously stated dividend target of at least 5.70p per Ordinary Share for the year ended 31 March 2023.
Just checked my Barclays acccount and I've been paid 1.14p per share instead of 1.425p
Close but not correct. Fat fingers somewhere?
Anyone had the same problem?
Cacher was 'bang on' with:
'I wonder whether there's a deal in the pipe over in North America.'
From a few days ago.
Interesting broker upgrades & downgrades.
How can these two opinions be so different?
At least they both have APF down as buys!
Bank of America cuts Anglo Pacific price target to 220 (230) pence - 'buy'
Berenberg raises Anglo Pacific price target to 450 (300) pence - 'buy'
Thank you.
Anyone got the ex-date and pay day? I've trawled through twice and can't see it? Thanks.
I did Trek!
Not enough though but very pleased so far.
Many thanks for that.
I think I might be the slowest? Didn't start until 24/2 but have bought 5 times since, average 135p. Very happy with about 33% in 16 days, better than the Post Office anyway.
A lot of trades today too? 140 odd already and 3 hours to go.
Hi Lobon
Yeh, I was at The Gherkin too. Mad, mad evening. Among others, I spoke to the very pleasant Mary Hood and I should have acted quicker re my exit when she suddenly moved on.
Went to the very small and sensible Canary Wharf EGM for this company or SAVP, as it was then, a couple of years ago. Met and had a good conversation with AK and SJ. Completely different setup and they are working hard, striving for great things here. Looks like it's all about to start (hopefully!). Friday's news being just the start hopefully and of course then, at long last, getting on with the drilling in Niger which was what attracted to SAVP and now SAVE in the first place.
