I agree and think very strange he use this language FATAL. This is not like POG but language hard like this he know how private investor will react.

Do you think maybe company now try to get rid of all loyal private investor and some dealing with Institution for this?

IR say institution know mist happen and surprise why PI do not know this when told. Ivengy say so in letter with buckeye.

If institution know must redomicile they will vote for redomicile.

If company say fatal not to redomicile then why do pi say no redomicile?

If company say can make move in 8 weeks then maybe move will be sooner.
