My opinion 'Tri-Partite' Entities will be PETRO CHINA - INDIA/REFINERY OPERATORS - ARAB INVESTMENT FUNDS with Operational Partners.

I see this as putting Petro Matad in stronger negotiation position BUT see PC 'BUY OUT' approach to take out other parties in negotiations to secure control.

*One who ask me about big Investor contacts & buying - They notify me of the Million Buy which happen. They notify me if More buying intention to create significant positions.
