First think must be clear on matter of Local permission & Special Certification for land.

Update on 14 Feb say Petro Matad look for local approval in PARALLEL with Special Certification process.

Update on 3 April ONLY mention Special Certification process & show this is advance stage with only Cabinet signature needed.

This show clear path now for LP process and must understand this with other development like New Licence Block which have time dependence.

Reason they push this fast now is they only get 3 tender bud for first 5 new licence block & second round of new licence block soon to launch.

Now easy to see in clear way this is about Special Certification process and easy to see this is right at last stage now.

Will Special Certification happen this week? I cannot say but can say VERY good chance of this with Cabinet Meeting this week.

Also when RNS does come we all have very good idea what re-rate will be like & very dangerous time for trader this week to be out.

Look like weekly Cabinet meeting. Last one on 14 April and one before on 6 April.

This is regular Cabinet meeting and not Special Cabinet meeting.

Good price have chance to consolidate & retest support at 5.50p (price in Google 5.83p +0.23% but I take LSE price) so rise can be more strong.

When people hold for big picture to develop do not think daily move big thing but good to see this.

Same pattern before other big breakouts.

Special Certufucation only need Cabinet signature and NOT law change or vote by parliament and NOT local govt vote

Think today some people get chance to pick up good price share & some lose chance of massive rerate coming days.

Maybe even tomorrow because this has URGENT STATUS now

Q2 drill drive up momentum anyway on uptrend.
