That is OBVIOUS problem with Oracle as any sort of 'serious' investment - It cannot be for (Very) obvious reasons.

Multiple Early Stage Projects will need constant funding - £300k is almost nothing to service this & next placing will almost certainly be already considered.

Parties to these Placings have this understanding with Management because it is obvious - We have another 1.7Bn shares hitting market on Friday - Great day for next DUMP on any little rise!

The Company clearly say Financing Strategy is PLACING based (across Projects) with Projects far from actual Production Revenue Generation.

This leads to Placing after Placing leading to heavier & heavier Dilution - and over time downward SP trend.

Yes we get 'Pumps' sometimes but PLACING & DUMP is inevitable to follow - which make Oracle Uninvestable.

We have some holders (StockMaiden is good example) who obsessively pumps on other BBs (especially MATD) - Desperate to exit here & take position there - probably because it is not difficult to see writing in wall for Oracle and vicious dilemma it is in!

Everyone makes there own investment decisions - ORCP (and it's Lifestyle Management team) is not difficult to see thru really.
