Karim Naar New CEO brought in for ONE reason - FINANCING and his experience in this.

In economic climate all know how difficult this is but at least will give long term prospect life whatever short / medium term pain is with structure.

For investor LONG TERM is what is most important so negative price impact /price anchor from financing should be ignore.

For trader then is different.

I have main holding in MATD and very happy with this but will see what new financing is here & length of any price brake this cause.

People forget is not only Mongol citizen affected with FUEL / HEATING but Mining sector who make up so much GDP for country.

Govt will at least want to let citizen know country have domestic supply production plan.

Minister of Mining (Minister of Fuel Shortage) say in article I post 2 week ago PRIORITY FOR DOMESTIC PRODUCTION - this is Petro Matad & have to address Parliament last week to report on Fuel Crisis.

- Cabinet Approval for Heron through Project of National Importance

- MMHI sponsor local govt investor meeting last week in Dornod with Petro Matad there

- Fuel Crisis worse with need for expensive import from China & no guarantee of available.

Mr Master did also make post Sat 06:18 on local meeting.

Heron production will NOT help crisis right NOW but will put country in strong position against this sort of CRISIS.

Local authority will have to clear final signature and why MRPAM letter clearance route. If they block this is against NATIONAL INTEREST & ILLEGAL. Also why all recent intel show they open for this now.
