First instead of abuse which is easy I do prefer logical discussion - AGREE?
Petro China Takeover offer make 100% logistical sense. Mr MB asked about T/O in interview and say possible and did indicate indirectly of Petro China.
- They have Blocks XIX & XXI right next to Petro Matad Block XX.
- DQE which look like will be MATD JV partner is sister company of Petro China
- Petro Matad Block XX extension into Toson Uul multi billion bbl proven & producing Petro China asset
- Renewable intention for domestic market AND energy export to China
- Think very simple person who does not see OBVIOUS logic of Petro China approach AND why this would be AFTER LP but BEFORE major fast track growth plan.
Q. Will Petro China be allowed to Takeover?
No one can say 100% certainty YES or NO but here is INTEL to consider - "Petro China Dachin Tamsag has expressed that it will follow the providions of the PETROLEUM LAW, whivh stipulates that in the case of construction of a refinery, oil will be suppllied as a PRIORITY" (Source: ikon.mn/3125)
Look like PETROLEUM LAW protect DOMESTIC SUPPLY so should not be reason to stop Petro Matad Takeover by Petro China (base on intel we have).
IOM MEETING - Say again why members of MMHI / MRPAM & Mongol Ambassador travel all way to Isle of Man IN PERSON?
I did mention often Petro Matad transforming into MULTI FACTOR DOMESTIC ENERGY COMPANY with perfect position for RAPID / LOW COST GROWTH.
They work closely with Govt to develop Tender process and have STRONG SUPPORY from Govt even if people say "slow process". Everything protected against ANY legal challenge in future.
With all plan to attract FOREIGN JV investment with "in country experience" and money pumped into RENEWABLE SECTOR by foreign Govts, Banks & Companies then Govt maybe look at link up with Petro Matad as 'proxy domestic company partnership'.
Think all can see logic point to something like these options for Petro Matad and VERY STRONG position they will be in company ENERGY SPACE and also what it can do for SHAREHOLDER VALUE.
We can listen to crazy posters here who rely on abuse for trading purpose or analyse logic & business strategy to see what we think really developing for company, shareholders & price.
