Good points Mr ManxKipper and how I see it - linking to what have been happening with State - Mongolia - National Energy Strategy.

Petro China (will follow state direction) and Partner with MATD or Buy Out. We have new players in ARAB Fubds who want to invest in Oil PRODUCTION & EXPLORATION (as well as Renewables).

This either good bargaining point for Petro Matad or link to Multiple Party investment (Petro China & Arab Funds - I think this us actually what will happen).

Before anyone say China will want to work alone - Research into Energy Developments with Arab parties - Already ACWA Power involve with China State for China Energy Import infrastructure investment.

ACWA is company who did develop major Wind Farm Project in neighbouring country to Mongolia that Mr Buck refer to - and is involved now I believe with SunStepoe - They also REALLY pushing Hydrogen Investment.
