Do you trust the CEO who used to be a poster (pumper) posting on forums?

Do you think the Director appointment is nit about raising finance? When CEO says they approach by parties to fund but they say no this is he referring to his family members lol?

Does this really sound like actions of legitimate business practice?

RNS MRPAM/PC update -

2nd important point - Over 40% drop fromm14 Nov RNS when announce MRPAM/PC deal need to be complete with no real price recovery (yet).

This tell me Market already price in no MRPAM/PC conclusion AND over react in small retail trading moving price when MM rest to take 1.5M+ shares in single trial sell.

This tell me it set up for major RE-RATE with Production ongoing & MRPAM/PC conclusion expect "This Winter" and before start of 2025 season.

Does MRPAM/PC deal need separate RNS? It is in public that MRPAM sign off was expected "in days" (from 14th Nov date) AND Petro China Terms already AGREED with process complete & Cash incoming "expected this Winter"

This k not so straight that RNS need to be release straight away or part of general Update.

So you still putting hope the Placing will be at a premium? Lol

This is not usual in current capital lending space.

RNS - MRPAM sign off / PC contract

We ALREADY did have over 40% drop from 14th Nov RNS MRPAM/PC contract delay with no real recovery from this - MRPAM sign-off was expected "in days" from this & PC contract commercial terms already agreed.

RENEWABLES - We expect update on this & Mr Buck mention "Massive Project" with China State company which SunStepoe CEO say is aggresively chasing them on this.

- NEW BLOCKS (Potential of MultiBillion bbl reserves - next to producing assets)

Petro Matad Producing & storing inventory in meantime (at Nominal cost) for major Cash injection with PC contract which ones who are actually in negotiation position - 'Expect THIS WINTER' ie before New drill season & costs for this

Also DQE contract terms which they expect Low Cost/ Defferal in exchange for Production inventory.

Lot of delay price in after drop before with all this expected to be sorted out 'THIS WINTER' so can look forward to massive UPSIDE moving into 2025 drilling seasin.

Buy hold or sell - make own decisions - MMs still happy to take BIG single trial sells from retail holder - maybe ask Why?
