- Mongolian Govt need PSC Revenue to make 'Zero Deficit' Budget work - they do not try to 'Save Oil' whatever this mean!

- China State Desperate for 'Safe oil suppy' which does not (just) rely on Russia/Iran/ Middle East. They will not play little games with Petro Matad and sabotage own STATE needs!

- This is also why they look at JV with New Blocks in Mongolia. Why do they not bid in Tender themself? They can have supply thru JV without issue of negative opinion (like Petro China) & Mongolia Govt keep Mongolia company (Petrovis) as majority holder (WIN/WIN) - Look at President & Prime Minister China visit last year AND Agendas - I know (almost) no one Research it here but I did follow it!

- How can Export to China happen with New Refinery? New Refinery need 1.5M tonnes crude and under New Petroleum Laws (agree by Petro China) - Petro China must give priority for supply there

BUT

New Blocks we think look at Potential Multi-Billion bbl (some "bigger then Quatar'" PROVEN/PRODUCING on China side - why statement 'Looking at Mongolia as NEW SAUDI ARABIA'

Understand also why we have "Unsolicited Approach by DQE for COST DEFERRAL v PRODUCTION' and why Heron Field Development will be 'Fast Track's imo.

*Maybe also understand why China State Company "chase after SunSteppe" for Energy Export Contract (first of many I think) with Mongolia as 'Safe-Logistic' Energy supply source to feed CHINA GROWTH!

Petro China production from fields 19&21 also mention which give most of domestic production (at moment) and how they working with all Oil producing enterprises to make Domestic Supply Independence happen!
