Not surprised about the lack of JV in the RNS. They maybe aren’t getting the offers they want, so are going to drill a few holes and prove it up a bit. If that’s the case then JV might not happen for a few months . Lots of drill results to look forward to at least.

Warrants are a historic debt agreed when the company was not in as great position as they are now. If more warrants issued, the conversion price dictates the strength of the company. Too low and they were desperate, high it was a sweetener. Debt or equity in my mind is good if used to invest and bring on the business. It’s bad when used to pay ‘operating costs’. A.k.a Director salaries. Craigs recent options made me feel happy as I was concerned there was little to no incentive for him if JV happened.
I do wonder if drilling hasn’t happened yet as 2 possible JV’s might be on the table.

CB said in the middle of year that he told 2 companies what he wants and they took it back to their boards. Since then the gold price has sky rocketed and the mining companies have lots of cash to spend.

I would love that to be true but ever Gold stock on LSE will be saying the same. I hope it was true though. CB is a good CEO but just the media attention would drive the share price up.

My biggest loss is with Poulden through PCGE. A true CEO out to line his own pocket and sell a story. Living on one success story.

News has likely been delayed due to JV talks. If Creswick wasn’t likely to enter into a JV, then rig would have been sent there.

3.15 would be a massive milestone. I think 5/6 without news is unlikely. May I please be wrong. I think 3.6 in the next 4 weeks would be realistic but still speculative. Remember the RNS - there is no guarantee a deal will be made.
