Hochschilds gold equivalent production is circa 300,000 per annum.

If Kefis is 200,000 and percentage ownership is 80% with a much lower AISC then our marketcap should at least be as follows:-

Projected Marketcap = 0.8 x 200/300 x 1.95B = £1.04B, not even counting the lower AISC and Saudi assets.

Derisking is not crazy after the run we've had. With the good news supposedly imminent I'm holding onto the rest of my shares for a long time.

I've derisked to a level i'm happy with for the next two years as construction ramps up.

Hopefully this materially ten bags from here. Would be life changing for me. Technically speaking i expect resistance at 1.5p and 3p but after that its open air.

And technically speaking the breakout is sustained and clear. There will be ups and downs along the way but the trend is now higher, not lower.

Kefi is going up on anticipation of the finance deal. But there is no mention about the fact that gold has risen from $3300 to near $3900/oz in 2 months.

The share price increase for me is just a reflection of the NPV going up. When the deal gets announced the fireworks after that will blow people away. We're talking a minimum ten bagger in 18 months as construction progresses.

Both boards of both banks to sign this week as per the RNS.

Yeah they'll have to do a update of some kind by end of play Tuesday.

I'd like to see the share price stay above 0.95p into next week. We can then be quite confident of a break out and following re-rate now that cash isn't an issue for a few weeks until they can draw down.

I like that they've only raised very little cash. Seems like a deck clearing excercise.

Up days down days, as long as the trend is in tact.

This is the kind of environment where mining deals get done.

With each $1/oz increase to gold, the risk of the project comes down for the banks.

I estimate at gold production, we'll be at £1bn marketcap, again assuming they do the deal and assuming todays price.
