I really wouldn't sweat having a few down days after a 150 % rise from the lows and being 1 week into a 2 year construction phase.

This is Rio2 after it got the Environmental permit approval in Dec 2023. It did not move in a straight line and i don't expect Kefi to.

We're not even constructing the mine yet. Dividends are three years away.

This is a high risk high reward stock and should be invested in as such. Not sure what point you're trying to make.

...we're going to be within the bull flag formation until we start to see material progress on the ground and drawing down of funds. We may be within the 1.2p - 1.75p range until then. Once construction starts and money comes in, we can then start to think about 2/3 p and beyond.

Rio2 did one in 2023 as they completed their fund raise and their market cap is now £700m as they near their first pour two years later. I'm really not concerned.

Fully expected a fundraise, but not at such a high share price. 83% ownership of a $1.5bn asset will do me.

We'll likely see short term volatility back to 1.3p but after that once they start drawing down and construction begins all that will be forgotten about.

This stock has moved 250% since August and people are panicking about this correction down to 1.2p, probably 1.0p by the time its finished.

Listen again to the presentation. KEFI are only proposing a $5m share issue through a capital raise at todays marketcap.

$23m of the 60 is from the proposed miner and will be paid back via cash or shares at post-production (i.e. when it is insignificant).

$27m is from a local Ethiopian listing of non convertible Ethio bonds which can't be converted into shares.

Kefi has already spent $10m.

Therefore the dilution of the london listed shares will be nominal at todays current prices. If the presentation is correct they're only going to raise $5m if that.

If we believe their statement today, we may not need to raise much if we're over subscribed.

This is the precious metals environment to get deals done.
