Saying that, the community resettlement does indicate that we are past the point of no return and is actually quite smart of Kefi to initiate as it puts pressure on others to finalise their packages.

He's already mentioned the need for a final raise in the presentation.

I don't think Kefi would take this step unless we were getting really close and had certain assurances. Signing of financing now slated for end of August.

I wanted this all along. No updates unless absolutely neccessary.

Shows professionalism and no need to play the game of trying to pump the share price.

Next week is when the processing plant is to come back on line following a 6 week pause.

With gold and silver at these levels I do not anticipate the stock price to stay below 300p for long. DYOR.

Kefi hasn't gone more than two weeks without and RNS all year. Maybe they're finally down to the nitty gritty.

I liked in the interview on proactive investors where it references Etheopia becoming a possible tier 1 location for mining.

Maybe Askari Metals are taking a risk in purchasing the land, which may eventually be handed back to Kefi in any case.

Might explain the such small cost in the agreement for the land.

Assuming Kefi actually becomes a mine, if Kefi were to buy Askari out and drill the areas identified, this thing could become a monster of a resource.

Kefi could buy the whole site when its producing...

At the very least it's a vote of confidence in Etheopia. Bullish.
