We need two weeks of share price above 0.6p to confirm a breakout.

Like Rio2 after it got its environmental approval, it immediately derisked and it was off to the races and 10 bagged in 1.5 years. Assuming a smooth construction process there's no reason why similiar returns can't be seen here after sign off.
