Have we ever trusted anything we've been told??? The BOD never seem to struggle to find an excuse why the company with consistently poor performance / continued losses & continually destroying any shareholder value.... You watch, as soon as the Chinese get the CRND NV subsidiary complete with all assets & infrastructure, there'll be a miraculous turnaround in fortunes.

Not sure, but either way, they come across as incompetent.

PMSL- CRND can't even get something as simple as a vote correct, I've never come across another listed company with so many errors in RNS's & having to re-issue....... No wonder the business is on It's arse.

The Puno award that hasn't been mentioned since & is also part awarded to CRND NV which is been given away!

Like I said yesterday, our votes from the LSE forum alone were well more against than the total against figure quoted. Shafted.com.....

I voted my two largest holdings against which accounted for 215,000 & 277,000 respectively. (Total 492,000). The new owners can't vote / the shares don't yet exist, this vote was to allow the BOD to issue a shed load of new shares & a dilute us to oblivion. The fact that the issue of new shares was already pre-arranged suggests they were confident that the vote would go through regardless of our thoughts. You wouldn't mind quite so much if this share issue left some cash with the new CRND cash shell to do something with, sadly it's to keep the CRND NV subsidiary going before it's handed over to the Chinese for sweet FA.

How the hell were there only 1.185166 votes against? There were more than that who said they were voting against from LSE...... I've since noticed that the proxy form on the companies website for voting for the GM I.e. special resolution to disapply pre-emption rights is included on the Proxy form for the AGM. The AGM is scheduled for the 17th Nov, votes to be in by 15th Nov. However, the GM is scheduled for the 30th Oct, I assume the votes to vote 'AGAINST' the issue of loads of shares @ 0.07p need to be in by 11am Thurs 26th Oct ( Tommorow morning) i.e. two days before. Deliberate error to mislead??

It can be downloaded from CRND's website, but as I'm currently on holiday it's not of much use, tbh I never thought to check it was on the companies website before we left. I had to pay my broker to fill it in & send it out on my behalf.

I've also watched £25k be vapourised on this poor excuse for a mining business.... I stupidly threw good money after bad by averaging down hoping we'd finally turned the corner / there was nothing else that could possibly go against us....... boy was I so wrong! Our BOD have a list of excuses as long as your arm & they want to build a new business from a CRND shell, Pmsl! I've had to pay 2 x £20+vat to be able to vote on my two holdings, but in this instance it was worth paying, I'm not just going to hand it over to the Chinese & send them on their way with £750k & 83% dilution. The shares I will only buy going forward will be main market listed value / dividend plays. I'm looking to recoup my AIM losses from the above via investing in Cryptocurrency Ico's, still high risk / but you don't need to invest large amounts of money & the potential percentage rises could be massive & could dwarf even the best of AIM risers........

Gibbo, As our BOD haven't even managed to build a profitable processing business, I won't be holding my breath for getting any of my original investment back.

k.j.k, I've contacted my broker, they don't offer a Proxy service as standard, but I've instructed them to vote AGAINST via CRND's registrars, even though I'm being charged for the priviledge....... intended disapplication of pre-emption rights 🖕

k.j.k, I've emailed my broker to make sure the Proxy Form is on the way & I get my vote, not that it will change the outcome! I use X-O sharedealing (Jarvis Asset management) @ �5.95 per trade

I haven't had my voting form yet, but my vote will be against, just to give our BOD my two finger salute! Even though I very much doubt it won't get approved as it's in the bag/just a formality....... Us PI's have been well & truly bent end & shafted! Once the BOD issue the 1,071,428,566 @ 0.07p to raise the nominal �750k to pay the miners Xmas bonus, my �25k worth of shares (594,000) will be worth just �415.80 in a cash shell with no cash, I very much doubt that the tax losses are worth that much to a reverse takeover target. Amazing how Central Rand Gold (Netherlands Antilles) N.V.) was worth $150 million a few years ago with 4 x MOU's and water level much higher / Puno case unresolved, now it's worth just $16.3 Million to our former Chinese friends and has dibs of the Puno High Court Award.

I also like to know why Central Rand Gold SA is stumping up �750k through the placing to provide working capital for the operations that are being given away??

So, Basically our Chinese friends get �15.443 Million of Assets/infrastructure for writing off/absorbing a total of �16.3 Million of debt, which is effectively costing them only �857.000. Additionally, the High Court Puno award also awards Central Rand Gold (Netherlands Antilles) N.V. a proportion of that award 'IF' forthcoming. Whilst us PI's get diluted by 83% & are left with zip - gee thanks! And there was me thinking there 'would be cute deals'...................... PMSL - AIM can go screw!
