It’s worth remembering that Russia shares a land border with 14 countries (I think). Eight of which were once part of the former Soviet Union!
All those countries are at risk from new escalating cyber attacks - as madman Putin continues his fantasy of being the reincarnation of Peter the Great.

It would appear that the news has come from an un-creditable source:

Could this be the same type of fake rhetoric that gave the Russians an excuse to invade Ukraine, when claiming Nazis were at the core of their reasoning?
