Either way, it shows/answers the question asked earlier, ie, that the Directors have multiple other interests and potentially doing the same to other shareholders, placing/raise = nice salary, fully expensed BUSINESS trips all paid for by the gullible investor. That`s why they are on AIM, no FTSE company would stand for it, allow them the autonomy.
