Avoided the questions about available cash, refused to provide info on 2021 revenue and profits forecasts and trotted out the usual guff on director purchases.

Sham - agreed. The market knows Fooler comes back on a regular basis and will happily regurgitate updates to get a placing away. A bit worrying that this can’t get comfortably out of the 3’s and whether the twitterati hype over the last couple of days was to try and trigger a rise to forward sell ahead of an imminent placing. I wouldn’t bet against it with F up Fooler.
Misty - agreed. Nomads will sign off pretty much anything provided there is a ‘caveat’ statement included along with a brown envelope. Foolers usual of ‘there can be no certainty’ generally does the trick.
Fooler himself should come with a caveat - ‘there can be no certainty that anything I say is true and accurate’.
Presumably our Nomad has reviewed all the information published in RNS forms for these ‘cusps’ and is satisfied that shareholders are not being misled,
If so, one can only surmise that Westminster are really, really unlucky that they haven’t not been able to convert, or where they have signed, local and international politics have stopped these contracts being activated.
Covid / travel restrictions were the main issues in relation to many activities but I think he also mentioned government department reorganisation again, as a contributing factor for the 5 airport deal still being unsigned.
That’s the problem with Webinars and a few (3 ?) pre selected questions. It’s not possible to probe further or try and seek further clarification on what gets said. Government dept restructure can now be used as an excuse for any number of delays , it would seem.
Foxy - good to see you showing an interest lol
Didn’t miss much - along with the usual Fooler buzzword bingo his new favourite word was ‘encouraging’. Like little green shoots of recovery, progress on every cusp was encouraging - although there was actually no detail or specifics on what any of that progress might be.
I came away thinking that they’d tried to be totally neutral and get through it without it being seen as the disaster that their last attempt was.
All in all, there were very low expectations which were comfortably met.
Fingers crossed for all holders. I’m sure Fooler will try to spread the jam but it’s highly unlikely there will be anything that will be ‘believably’ positive. The best I see is the SP staying stagnant - certainly no rockets and a more credible risk that this will drift further every time ‘F up’ says double digit.
The market knows sooner or later Fooler will be back with the begging bowl. That’s how the company survives and unless they sign anything significant or unexpected then there’s no reason for the market to be interested here.
If he wants to give the SP a lift he needs to categorically state that he won’t be coming back for more funds in the near future. I know he’d never to commit to something like that but the market is constantly anticipating another raise which just holds the SP back.
GA - thank you for the information on the EPSA, particularly the closing statement :
However, the shares do not have to be fully sold until at least 31 December 2021 and there is reason to believe that it will be at a price higher during 2021 than the 31 December 2020 price level and enough to recoup the losses.
I read this as meaning the shares can be sold any time during this year but should be fully sold by 31st December 2021. I’m not sure what the ‘reason to believe’ are when it comes to the price being higher than 31st December last year. As ever, it sounds like Foolers wishful thinking when in reality he’s delivering naff all to generate any interest in the SP.
Most people have more reason to believe the share price will end lower this year than last. Come on F up Fooler , show us exactly what these ‘reasons to believe’ are.
