Whatever was said at the AGM it clearly hasn’t triggered any trading activity or SP response ?

No volume and the bots clearly programmed to keep a lid on this. I reckon stagnation at this level for a couple of weeks at least.

In the headline it says Westminster is happy to have fulfilled a sizable order of cutting-edge screening products, but then in the text it says that Westminster is proud to have provided guidance on the best solutions and cutting-edge products.

The usual Fooler - clear as mud and worded to deceive. Did they sell any equipment or did they just recommend what to buy ?

Suspect that there’s been a fair bit of spread bet activity and the large reported number is from one of them. They usually report an aggregated position at that sort of time - just after 5 - when there’s been a lot of positions taken.

Spread back to normal and a bit more volume. This should rise back to 30’s ahead of results and then see where it goes.

The requisition of a GM by BOO was RNS’d on the 19th June, however confirmation of the date and voting etc has not been announced in an RNS yet.

Just to add, in the original requisition BOO stated that they didn’t want the 2 new board members proposed by REVB to be added to the board and that if they were they would requisition if further GM to have them removed as well. I assume this second request is ‘pending’ whilst BOO see if they can succeed with the first ? No point losing and then trying again.

The AGM has already been held - whilst Bob looked to adjourn this was voted down by BOO so it went ahead a couple of weeks ago.

This latest is the General Meeting called for by BOO prior to the AGM debacle.

Just logged on to my II account and gone to the voting section. A little confused that on each of the 5 resolutions it is showing the Board recommendation as being For. Surely that’s a mistake ?

MHL - I agree, I don’t think the delay sits with AIM and that this is the BOD stalling now.

I don’t think they want BOO able to acquire shares so would expect that this will only come out of suspension once it’s past any date for voting on resolutions affecting the board structure.

And if they don’t land this year he’s no doubt ‘confident’ and ‘optimistic’ for next year.

Crazy movement yesterday with the SP up and touching $1.25 before falling back below $1 dollars later in the afternoon. See it’s back to the .8 area again now so clearly a bit of ‘pump n dump’ over the last couple of days. Big volume yesterday as well.

Clearly they don’t want to sell now and owe Riverfort a tidy sum. Better to sit and wait … and wait … and wait.

Jimzi - the way I assumed it works was dependent on the price they sell the shares for, as they related to the EPSA. Below a certain level they owe Riverfort, above and they share the profit. They are held at a notional amount which appears to be 26p - not sure why that figure though.

Ignore all that - just actually read note 25 and it makes it abundantly clear. WSG hold these shares and need the price to be 26p to be able to sell and not incur a loss to Riverfort.

I might be completely wrong but think that the question around Riverfort and £1,118,000 relates to this from the kitchen sink placing in Dec 2020.

I recall on one of the investor calls Mark Hughes talking about this and suggesting that they could see the share being worth more than 22p in the future.

Like I say, could be miles off the mark on this.

This is a tinpot outfit that has spent years trying to get a slice of the action.

500 million pound contract ? The best Fooler can manage is scraping a few 50k agreements each year.

Tomorrow could be messy. Either the can gets kicked down the road again or Fooler fesses up the true mess this company is in.
