This is getting beyond a joke now. The scheme became effective on 21st October and, by the timelines given, I had expected that the UK share distribution requirements would have been implemented by now. This company may not be a scam but the treatment of shareholders in the UK, particularly when you include Accustem, has been nothing short of scandalous.
Perhaps starting to explain why we currently sit where we sit SP wise and why Fooler has been his usual quiet self. The normal expectation is that there will be some sort of trading update this side of Xmas which could be tricky at this rate. Failure to fully execute this agreement doesn’t bear thinking about.
It looks like there was plenty going on ‘in country’ post the announcement of the agreement in June. All this will have been known about at the investor presentation in August , and whether it would have had any impact or bearing on the ratification process - which clearly it has.
Obviously we should have been asking different questions of Fooler at the time, if we’d known about this.
MB - that rather sounds like someone is disgruntled with Westminster having the contract.
Seems to be pretty typical with any agreement and goes with the territory I guess but maybe it has something to do with delay in ratification- too many dissenters trying to throw a spanner in the works ?
Ontarget - Should head to 9-10p in the short-term. But that will once again give Fooler the chance to get another raise away , not too close to the last one, and kill any possible momentum.
Sorry for being so cynical but sometimes this all looks oh so predictable.
Vander- the issue is that these contracts don’t allow the company to stand on their own 2 feet and can only be won by supplementing with placings.
Fooler has raked in £7.5 million over the last 12 months from shareholders but can barely scrape past this when it comes to actual revenue.
What’s with some of the small trades that have been popping up over the last few weeks, often first thing in the morning ? We have a couple today for values less than a tenner, one purchase and one sale. Some sort of signalling ?
