not reading boards is good advice - note to self - unfortunately so i looking at the share price and how much money I have lost -it absolutely beggars belief that it can be that bad without actually going to zero. i also agree as i have posted many times before that certainly Louis could in theory earn a higher salary outside of KIBO and can completely agree with you in that he has and likely continues to give his all to the Company - .. and as far as non payment of salary is involved I would have absolutely no problem with that - who would if its preserves Capital -what i don't understand is how so many times we seems to be moving in the right direction with great partners on board only to have to hope drip away. taking stock in lieu is great to preserve capital but not when you balance it against then fact the BOD bought no shares at all when others were at 20 times the current SP - i say that again 20 times the current SP . but then announce they havent been paid and will now take them . it just doesn't add up and nothing you or anyone can say can change that IMHO

what am i saying of course they can't otherwise they would have already. You can't have resolutions like that without an extremely detailed plan of the future and how every last cent is going to be spent . facts figures more facts and more figures. the only folks who would have voted for IMVHO are everyone but us 'normal shareholders'. simples

disclosure - how many times have we seen on this boards request for the facts and information. Bit of an insult to everyone but especially those that have backed the company with more than just very hard earned cash even in times when others have been slaughtering it. How on earth wasnt the unpaid salary scenario highlighted every step of the way. that I am afraid really doesnt look good unless the BOD can up with the a reasoning that none of us could. lets see ?

can answer to foxy's post with real facts, figures, reasoning and hope for the future then they will have my attention and I am sure most of the kibo investors

morning - well i've posted similar to you many many many times - . I just hope you're right and I always try to look at all the positives you have mentioned and i still do but - I wont go into the buts as it's too depressing . Yup always in for long term me as I have posted thousands of times and have been here 7 years and hold more shares now than I ever have but the biggest cloud for me is what we haven't been told and thats's a scenario that been consistent and seems to getting consistently worse. all imvho dyor etc etc

lots of variable simply saying 4.8bn shares to raise a 100m . it might take half that or even a quarter- perhaps we will raise 2 or 300 million but all in all like you fantasy stuff - we should be raising at 4 or 5p like we were not that long ago for it to be any good for me

and therein lies the problem however as posted before on here LC has mentioned a mcap of 750m - perhaps the investment to date plus another 100m will multiply 7 fold . I just cant see it can anyone ???

5bn shs less say 200m after consolidation that 4.8bn shs that can be issued and at lets say a sp where it is now of 2p - after consolidation so that means in theory the potential to raise about 100m say - thats a lot of cash but just imagine the dilution from 200m to 4 or billion . its mind boggling horrendous - what returns would you expect from 100m - i guess if we could get a mcap of say 200 million that would give us a share price of 4p - with 5 billion shs out there .. that wouldnt even give a lot of us our money back so for a decent risk to return I would be looking for a mcap of 600-800million and an sp of 12-16p .. basically not much more than it was a couple of years back -

i post recently - round and round the mulberry bush - and it will just keep going round and round and round with news being vague and including the phrase, much work to be done... I was under the impression and i have heard from LC himself as have a few others on here that all the heavy lifting was done. appears someone was a poor judge of weight
