I'm invested here but don't feel the need to lambast folks of a different opinion.

I see Riversgold plans a placement of 200 million shares but it's SP seems unaffected. Not that that affects ORCP per se.

Someone asked earlier re RGL trading halts in the past so here's the details.

Riversgold Limited (ASX: RGL) has had at least five trading halts on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) since November 2018, based on available news and announcement records.

The instances identified include:

January 15, 2026: A halt pending an announcement on exploration results for the Northern Zone Gold Project and a capital raising.

September 26, 2025: A halt requested pending an announcement regarding a capital raising and a material contract for the Northern Zone project.

August 25, 2024: A halt requested pending an update on the Northern Zone project results.

November 17, 2024: A halt requested pending an announcement related to exploration results.

May 15, 2020: A halt requested pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.

November 16, 2018: A halt sought pending an announcement on a capital raising transaction.

With respect after the UKOG fraud his 'reputation' has always been iffy.

To be fair I don't think many folks make investment choices based on the nonsense that gets posted here (or on other boards) be it a negative or positive comment.
