You have to vote by the 20th but the actual AGM is on 24th.

Just received an email from A J Bell re me voting on Oracels's proposals at the AGM of 20/7/2026.

Proposals to vote on are:-

RE-ELECT DAVID HUTCHINS AS DIRECTOR

REAPPOINT PRICE BAILEY LLP AS AUDITORS

AUTHORISE BOARD TO FIX REMUNERATION OF AUDITORS

AUTHORISE ISSUE OF EQUITY

AUTHORISE ISSUE OF EQUITY WITHOUT PRE-EMPTIVE RIGHTS

What is meant by the last two proposals? Surely they're not issuing more shares? There's already 16 billion issued.

Stock bashers (as you call them) may be trying to lower the SP for an better entry point whereas stock rampers are trying to inflate the SP of shares they already own.

Both are as equally underhanded surely.

As any buy should be at 0.055 or thereabouts how did you get 0.499?

Over the weekend I posted how these forums are monetised and how it rakes in money for LSE the more traffic there is.

It was a tongue in cheek conspiracy theory really but as it was removed (and so were the responses) I'm starting to smell a rat.

Is someone posting negative comments manipulating the stock any more than those making ludicrously optimistic predictions coupled with rocket ship emojis etc? They are the pump and dump brigade that cause far more problems than the half glass empty type.
