Looking for income plays and when Legal & General created this ETF - seemed a good one to dip a toe into ... obviously the Iran situation has had an impact but optimistic about this long term

After years of crap performance - its moving the right direction - as long as the B1 bombers - flying over head only an hour ago on their way to ruin someones day/evening plans - I imagine the ceasefire will have it drop back to 900p's faster than we can react...

Why crazy? I lurk but with nothing much to add don't post - but when someone mentions CGT, I did while the rise of Lloyds has been great - its not been quite as exciting as Palantir, next lets see LGEN finally moving up with its fat dividend. Lloyds with a dividend of 3% +/- on current prices I am getting just over 9% - got to love that

Its all in the SIPP or ISA - average price 31p

Slowly adding here with reinvesting dividends and money as dips occur....

Just taken a small position here - expecting first dividend today -

Dividend received but 2 months later than normal - 2021 to 2024 all paid in October - not a good sign holding did they have to hold on to it for cash flow ?

Sitting on a loss here - and I doubt it is going to improve anytime soon....

With it close to $30/share - more than doubled my money here and I am sure there is more to come

Really? No one else worried about this -

It is one supply side change that will make the housing market more efficient and do other things like add mobility to the labour market - you need a really good payrise to justify moving if you have to find a tax for the 'privilege' of moving. A flat fee to register a house with the land registry of £500 means people can sell and move to where there is work and not be trapped in locations and having to commute long distances or live away for the working week ( tying up rental property) and also allow downsizing to free up property to churn. More moving means more redcoration/refurbishment and thus more employment for smaller trades, painters, decorators, plasterers, sparks, builders, gardeners and so on....
