I don't believe a director buys shares at 35p (from memory for Valley) to lose 50% because he thinks it will benefit institutional demand.

I can see how well the company is performing but relentless sales from directors contradicts all positivity from what appears such a positive company.

I don't think so. If all the same trader my guess is Vartan and Son Assett Management as they held just over 27 million shares. They could have been forced sellers. Met with a carpet rep from an independent manufacturer this week who was delighted how well his company was doing because they were only 8% down this year. Were Victoria Carpets down 20% and claiming that they were taking market share? It's all about interpretation but I believe the Likewise is doing an incredible job which at some point will be reflected in the price.

I do have an account with Likewise as I do with Headlam, Victoria Carpets, Mowhark Industies and use products from James Halstead, Airea(Burmatex Tiles) all listed companies.

Stock analysis site Simply Wall Street raised its fare value of LIKE this week to £1.19. I think this is very optimistic but nearer the value.

11 distribution centres in such a relatively short period of time and already making profit and paying dividends with a progressive strategy. Still growing at incredible speed that long established related companies are finding very difficult.

Has anyone information on International Decorative Surfaces distributor that has gone in to administration? Again showing how well Likewise is doing it tough market.

AW added to Likewise today. Delivery should be alot better from Likewise than waiting from AW.

Buyback finishing tomorrow?

Sentiment in flooring for investors not the best. Carpetright, Victoria Carpets and Headlam are the markers most people investors see for references. Looking forward to our results 27th September (after Headlam 17th September.) I am just hoping for small increase in profits and dividend. As to shareprice I have no idea but one broker says 30p and the other broker implies 57p.

I think company will just need to get longer history of improvement and dividend progression to clear trust issues from directors share sales earlier this year. That said I believe company is doing as well as can be expected in this market and will fly when housing market returns.

Link above gives a good explanation. I would prefer they were cancelled than held in treasury as treasury normally means they are going to give them back to directors/staff.

Yes I am confident in the company but the decision would be from the 2 people who sold a lot more than £250,000 (company buyback) personally earlier in the year.

Caretright has put it self up for sale. Lots of retailers in flooring having it tough at the moment which only proves how impressive the sales growth has been here.

Added a couple this morning. Labour push for housing won't do any harm. Hopefully the catalyst we are looking for.

I was adding up to results. But Chairman's share sales are difficult to understand unless he really needed the money which again isn't the best. I am calming down and trade sites are still far happier with Likewise. Might hold off until slight upturn in price.
