Yes very good as shares below 1p are restricted from purchase for some institutions, so the will mean those will be able to buy in thus creating more demand for the stock. Together with this the positive news flow to come will help the share price move even further north over time.

Becasue of today's news the investment from Charlestown Energy will cover the costs.

With drilling to begin this month taking 55-60 days to drill this could be very big, showing prospects for CEG. As a result as things get startedand interest turns up a notch in the area this could be the start of a nice rise is CEG's sp in the coming weeks and months.
