If we have to hear news by Wednesday, yet could wait until June 30 for the listing where does this leave Hamish. Is it sayin Suspension lifted next Wednesday and Oyster listed with be totally seperate as I can't see how we would stay suspended until potentially 30 June 2018.

I am extremely interested to see how many negative views on this matter concern Polemos. HH has worked extremely hard to find an investment for this cash shell company and he would have specified a target to increase the assets of PLMO, seems to be Securlynx and also what is happening with Oyster Oil Any deal will show an increase for PLMO so I can not see any downside here.

If you look at the 'statement of capital' it sais the number of share allotted is 5,160,915,400 with an agg nominal value of 516,091.54. If (5160915400/10000) = 516091.54. Is that not 10000:1 , sorry correction from before not 1000:1.

Chaser52 As a read it this is going to be 1000 shares to 1 new share. Could one explain the prescribe particulars as I read it it is the same valuation of stock in the new company. Is this correct? Also I imagine if this new is out in can not be long until we come out of suspension even as a new company.

That is exactly what I mean Michael Wood seemed so confident in his interview that it would happen late December / early January. Just wondering what problems aif any there have hit.
