I was just putting the view forward. As the way I see it is should somewhat mirror the BPC price.

If we are restricted to a small rise at the moment would itnot be better to invest in BPC which could rise further.

I would still hope towards 3p very soon if we close above 2p today or Monday. Next week could be lots more buying 3p +

Are people selling CERP and buying BPC? If so why we has the assets they have ris and if this fails BPC will sink, but rising at the moment. CERP shoulwd increase today.

So many buys this morning I think this deal could be very goodfor CERP. They have safe drilling going on which will continue and a risky play. Whats not to like?

Thankyou Merlin2014, someone with common sense. Basically all CERP holders will be BPC holders eventually so does not really matter which you hold unless deeopment on BPC pushes that up more. I think both shares will increase in coming weeks. What is your view Merlin? 2p is so undervalued at the moment I would like 3p at least and hope thiss is possible when we realise BPC will rise with the new assets coming there way which should force CERP up in sp

CERP are producing oil and have a free drill as Saffron 1, together with Trinity and Goudron looking at the SWP. Hardly worthless.

I was pleased to see the last 20 minutes today were virtually all buy, maybe the last day of the MMs power and if oil continues to increase whilst still producing and BPC can increase maybe hit 3p before too long - who knows.

Molokai - I am from CERP BB and was wandering if we could both benefit CERP & BPC s/h. It all seems doom nd gloom over on CERP Board.

What interested me was quick panic sell when the news came out and then strong buying near the end. Normally terrible news out on Friday, maybe this is a godd strategy move - can't see it myself but who knows. Maybe Loot nows the geological lay out of the BPC exploration to know oil is down there and recoverable. Remember we have oil from Saffron and a free drill on S1 plus more none of which is priced in yet. I would hardly think 2p gives value to the oil coming out of the Saffron Well currently.

If the merged company can hit 10p that will do me I guess. Could be higher though.

Just a though maybe Koot knew that all his projects were going well and on course so used this method to diversify the poretfolio of CERP. ust part of his plan to develop. Why would he be on the board overseeing the drilling if he did not have confident in the success of the project. He wouldn't would he.

I wonder where BCP will be - may FTSE 250 interesting this could be the beginning of something massive.
