I get that but I will own shares in BPC and will own shares and not cash. So to follow the share price is important. I will not own the cash but the shares.

No you will not get money cannae216 you will get shares in the new company which is why it is a merger and not a takeover.

CarelesSid would I be right in saying if Saffron and Wag Naar Zee results come in before the meger is complete CERP holders will miss out as the sp has been restricted to 2.64p per share.
