the 500p share price unlocks the most valuable share-options for those who have them. There are, however, share options under this threshold for them too...
Great numbers, great turnaround, impressive performance so far. Future looking positive. Thank-you team-Redstone
I have benefited from staff share schemes in the past. They can be great. You only tend to commit to (or invest in) them if you are (a) committed to the company, (b) confident that the direction the company is heading in is positive and (c) you have a good chance of making a few quid. Points (a) and (b) are under your control so a high percentage take-up in REDS is a great sign in my opinion.
Also I seem to remember that the directors options/incentive is set to it being at an average of North of 5p for more than 6 months?? One would hope that the board are confident of achieving that..... Really looking forward to the stats tomorrow. The restructured business is a strong-brand in an exciting market space. Hopefully we'll see some forward looking statements that bring a healthy balance and a focus on the profit/margin rich parts of the portfolios that will in-turn bring a steady, sustainable growth. The ConnectIB integration also something to leverage with regard to driving the service agenda with clients existing and new. Like lots of LTH's on here there is still a lot of 'hope' in my feelings for this... The new foundations and plans may turn that into reality.... Good luck all
New capability in the portfolio.... Leading the market in an incredibly interesting space. Upselling/Cross-selling an existing client. Big win..... Very positive news.
So the hangover has cleared it would seem from today's RNS. Pleased to see resolutions in place and focus now (rightly) on the delivery of business opportunity pipeline...
Thoughts as to their increased interest??
5,000,000 is hardly a massive dilution is it ?? (on a total of shares in issue of 1.4Bn) or am I missing something??
Bonkers isn't it? oh well... The 'mood music" certainly seems more positive. Looking forward to what 2016 brings here.
Big sale @ 16:12 of over 3m shares... What was Helium's average again?
Lol.... FYI POETS day (when working) is every Friday.... It stands for: "P*ss off early, tomorrow's Saturday."
Seems odd that we have had so little chatter on here this week... Hope all are well ! Hoping for a 'blue' finish to the Week... POETS day - enjoy! Will
All - sorry to ask what is a very 'silly' question but I am very new to share dealing and in particular AIM. I have never held a stock that was suspended, RTO'd, re-listed, consolidated etc.etc... however my situation is this:- I "owned" 2,000,000 shares in VMP at a average buy-in price of 0.38pps (total invested £7648.00) post consolidation and re-listing I will own 80,000 (25:1) shares at a possible listing price of 1.68pps (value now £1,344). For me to get my money 'back' this share price needs to get to 9.5pps (multiple of 5.6x current price). All this said, close price (prior to suspension) was 0.155p... 25x this is 3.875pps... is it not likely that it will resist at this price (with the offer price being heavily discounted to attract investment)... is this VERY naive? Question 1: are my calculations/observations/assumptions correct? Question 2: React are a relatively 'unknown quantity' to us all - one poster on here reckons the current MCAP supports the SP of 1.68p. Is anyone else in a similar situation to me and got any thoughts as to React's prospects? I have done some research into their operations (FM sector) and they are rather niche/specialist (possibly driving high value/margins - time will tell of course). thanks in advance for any thoughts on this and once again - i acknowledge my naivety on this topic...
if they don't announce an RTO (or similar) by 15th Feb shares will be suspended (I believe) so you'll need to top-up/average-down before then.... check out the RNS for dates
So if rules not satisfied by 15th Feb the shares are suspended from trading until rules are fulfilled before 15th August (latest) when the suspension would be lifted or it disappears all together if after that date. Question for investors (really) then is how confident are you in the leadership team that they can orchestrate a RTO before then. I hold a few million of these (at an average of 0.6) so I am taking a bath but believe the directors and NED's have the skills and connections to make something happen..... Thoughts?
