Decided to get out with a small loss at 445 today as many factors are pointing to a recession at the moment. Will probably buy back in around 300

Once it goes over 82 the panic buyers will come in to push this to 100

Bought a big chunk at 74 just now to average down to 113. Very confident I will double my money within a year.

The news is always behind, by the time we hear the drop/crash in the news that's when the panic sellers will come and drop the price even more usually.

Also BOE is definitely not done increasing the rates, I can see 2 to 2.5% interest rate is needed to get the inflation come down and their decision of increasing only 0.25% last week is way too complacent (just like what they did for covid in the beginning) which will only result in a much longer and more dramatic pain later.

More downside ahead for sure, the housing market is showing cracks already. I don't think there will be a big crash like in 2008 but 10%-15% drop in property prices from today is almost certain now.

I will probably start buying below 1500p

I think the 680-700 level should hold even if we get another crash. Bought a starter at 800, will continue to add on any weaknesses

Unless he has 2x of that amount on short of cos...I guess you just never really what direction they really playing these days
