Perhaps so DB, but unless the little guys make some noise they will never investigate. All I'm suggesting is that as many investors as possible bring this debacle to the attention of the FSA.

Let's at least try to get it on their radar.

Initially we need as many PIs as possible to submit complaint forms to FCA to get them to take notice. Any information that has been disclosed by the issuer, which we believe to be incorrect, misleading or an abuse of the market, can be separately reported.

I see two little piggies stayed at home though. I can't believe that's their conscience so presumably they've been told they cannot partake in this feed!

Yes MIKODX, but it doesn't mean it was presented or arranged in a manger that was entirely fair to all shareholders, or that their communications were not misleading to investors.

Not surprisingly, anyone I've spoken to so far about this thinks we're on a hiding to nothing. I do love a challenge!

I am actively looking to see if anything can be done to bring DB and the board to account for what I believe has been the blatant misleading of private investors. It also seems to me that some people in the market were privy to sensitive information regarding the future of the company, that was not generally shared.

If anybody has experience or advice regarding action against directors of AIM companies then please post here.

Surely they just dilute through further debt equity swaps? No need for cash from Nioko?

How many times did he appear on Zak's Café talking up the company's trading prospects, expressing disbelief at the market's failure to recognise the true value of the company and continuously wax lyrical about the strategic support of the company's bankers? What's a crook.

What a coincidence, that as soon as Nioko has control of HUM, suddenly agreement is reached with the Mali state!

How Daniel Betts and his co directors can sleep at night after misleading investors to the point that they lose their pension savings, or whatever, is beyond me.

Then to take such huge payouts as rewards for such abject failure, really rubs salt into the wound.

What is most galling of all is that they appear untouchable, they cannot be held accountable for keeping private investors in the dark. It's criminal.

No Bismarck, you can't blame the rampers, or anyone else on this board for your investment decisions.

As one of those who admittedly lost his shirt here, I blame nobody but myself for my investment choices, AND the board of directors, particularly Mr Daniel Betts.

All investors were, in my opinion, misled about the true operational status of HUM during the last 12 months at least and the serious financial problems that the company faced from the point of the Conakry terminal fire onwards.

By robbing Peter to pay Paul over that period, and coming up with rubbish about "strengthening the Balance Sheet" and "further drilling exploration" we were kept in the dark about the true problems.

Yes, I am very bitter towards the board but you can't blame anyone on this chat board for expressing their own interpretation of the information and financial data we were all given
