Investr91 - not referring to you in my previous post apologies if that’s the way it came across. I think we all know who I was talking about with that one!
For all other posters in regards to Tangible Assets - thank you for the input. Of course the new annual report will show a lot more I was just curious more than anything. As you mentioned as a start up fintech it’d be very hard to have many assets due to the nature of the business.
Invested here since June and very happy with what’s been achieved so far, a few quiet months recently but looking forward to 2021.

I’m far from an accountant and I’d appreciate if you’d keep your inadequate comments to yourself if you don’t mind - I’m not here to get involved in any BS, I’m a genuine investor who is asking an honest and fair question so forgive me for me perhaps getting something wrong.
Anyways, I have followed a basic formula for working out tangible assets, based on the annual balance sheet that is available online.
Total Assets - 4312
Liabilities - 3535
Like I said before, just brainstorming and seeing where this stock is at in terms of value - appreciate any constructive information anyone has.
Cheers!
Forgive me if I’ve got my wires crossed here but after some calculations I’ve worked out that the company’s tangible assets equate to £63 after taking into consideration liabilities etc.
Would this mean that SYME is in fact no longer in debt?
First time buying in over at RR today, been looking at that for a while and decided to get it at a bargain - I strongly believe that SYME will not be directly correlated with RR. They’re having some real issues with COVID as are IAG. It’s a strange time for everyone right now but personally I think it’s a good time to take advantage of the volatility in the market. Get your shares at good prices, don’t be dictated by the daily fluctuations and believe in what you’re putting your money into!
Good luck to all invested here, fingers crossed some good stuff to come soon!
Yes of course - I’d rather not hear anything until we have concrete news. I hate all the speculation around certain leads via social media etc. It just causes unnecessary commotion around the company. Thanks for your input, good to see someone sharing a clear and concise view on this one
Don’t forget too that AZ is wanting an additional 630, 000, 000 shares @ 0.69 - I quite often find myself reading back through the old RNS’ and looking at the black and white facts on what the company is aiming to deliver.
Hopefully some more positive news soon!

Samo1988 - my thoughts exactly.
AZ is doing a stunning job of keeping the market in touch with nearly all movements of SYME, if what you’re insinuating is him manipulating the SP by buying at a higher price to generate more speculation then in my opinion I believe your wrong.
As I mentioned before, if you’re here to scrutinise and effectively talk utter... then please move on.
Thanks.
Lots to look forward to here, CEO buying more shares almost cementing the fact this is a great share to be invested in.
People saying that AZ needs to hurry up and publish RNS’ are frankly being impatient and are more than likely looking for a quick win. If that’s the case good for you but please keep your negative comments to yourself.
Let’s get some more positive news under our belts and watch this grow!
Good luck!
