Paulie/Ian, sorry if this is a stupid question but if the Numbers on the ************* court papers match the numbers on the court listings this means it's Eupays attempt to wind up the BOX companies that's scheduled to be heard in court. Am I right? If so what happened to BOX's winding up petition against Eupay as I thought this was due to heard in court first? Sorry if I'm missing something fundamental here.

e-mail the company and they'll tell you when it was submitted. I found the response I got from PJ to be quite re-assuring as to what is going on. Maybe I'm too gullible in accepting at face value what the company say but I'm not worried for now
