I think Sir Al was being ultra cautious when he said 2 weeks. Couple of days should be sufficient to verify as 100% cytiva will have had everything in place to hit the ground running upon receipt.

The ceo has confirmed the tech works and has stated that we should be extremely confident that the LFT will work.

In my view he seems to be someone that operates with integrity and that makes me very confident of really good news next week.

I joined at 105 and was very nervous buying after the rapid rise from 20 however I now find myself searching for more funds in order to top up ASAP.

The investment case is compelling and looks to be a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Cant imagine anyone would risk being out over the weekend. The reasons why;

1. High chance the tabloids report on Avacta over the weekend
2. Very real chance that the Cytiva LFT results will be shared on Monday (would be 7 days of testing assuming Reagents were received on Monday)
3. Very real chance Adeptrix will have completed their review
4. Very real chance of new partners will be announced

So far, we have been running ahead of schedule. The RBS today stated that Cytiva and Adeptrix were making RAPID progress with their review.

We are in an unprecedented time and I believe something magic could happen with the share price.

I look forward to updating the market further on this and on the development of a COVID-19 antigen rapid saliva test with Cytiva which continues apace.

Latest analysis suggests that <5% of the population have been exposed to the virus. As such, at this current moment, the Roche Antibody is not a game changer as it will only 'free' the 5% that have built antibodies - and even then there remains a question regarding immunity.

The only way to 'free' the other 95% is via Antigen testing and it appears that ACVT is leading the race. Clearly, based on the UK gov comments regarding Roche, the UK GOV assign importance to 100% accuracy - which should play right into our hands when the time is right.
