And the year before the quarter 4 2022 update was February 24th..

This share is very annoying….

In my opinion it’s the lack of updates that cause it to drift..

More updates would keep the shareholders more informed and stop investors getting worried with a lack of news

Proposed Capital Reduction.

The Board considers it highly desirable that the Company has the maximum flexibility to consider the payment of dividends and otherwise return value to Shareholders. However, the Company will be precluded from the payment of any dividends or other distributions or the redemption or buy-back of its shares in the absence of it having sufficient distributable reserves.

The Company's share premium account currently stands at approximately £51,000,000. As at 31 May 2023, the Company had retained earnings of approximately £6,000,000. It is proposed that the Company's share premium account be cancelled (the "Capital Reduction"). The proposed Capital Reduction is intended to increase retained earnings by an amount equal to the amount standing to the credit of the Company's share premium account.

The purpose of the Company's cancellation of its share premium account is to create further distributable reserves in the Company to facilitate the future payment of dividends (in cash or otherwise) to Shareholders, where justified by the profits of the Company, or to allow the redemption or buy-back of the Company's shares (or other distributions to Shareholders).

I’m not invested in this share at the moment

So I’m not a RAMPER or a DE-RAMPER..

And I have never invested in BTC or any other crypto

And have no intentions of ever doing so..

But like I said earlier unless there is a 7am RNS on

Monday Morning by the company confirming these numbers and claims. and the reason for the share price movement…Then I personally, would be very wary about investing In it…

it could be Just a pump and Dump and many investors might get trapped in the share..

That is of course just my own view..

It could also be a fantastic share to get into SO just

listen to what the company is telling you in the RNS

but always DYOR and make your own decisions..

Monday Morning 7am confirming these amazing

Results, then I will definitely be buying in..

But if there is no RNS I would be a bit wary..

As these results are transformational for GST

And need shouting from the rooftops

I honestly think that I3e will issue an Rns

With more than just The high court approval..

Equals Group on the 1st November issued an Rns

About their capital reduction approval by the high court

And later that day issued another one stating they were

Having A “strategic Review”

So hopefully we will get a lot more information

alongside the RNS court Approval

Which could be why it’s taking so much time?

I agree I think that they are in the process of

negotiations or Looking for a buyer

Well it’s absolutely certain that if the Capital reduction had not gone through or if there was going to be any delays we would have definitely known by now…

They are obviously just waiting for the administration technicals to be fulfilled..

Tain was jointly owned by Repsol Sinopec Resources UK Limited (50% equity) and RockRose UKCS4 Limited (50%

The recommended development concept includes two deviated production wells, with production routed to the Bleo Holm FPSO via a new 19 km pipeline with associated gas lift line and control/chemical injection umbilical

Expected production is in the region

of 10 million barrels with an expected peak

at first oil in the region of 8,000 barrels per day.

i3 Energy is aware that the licence for the Tain discovery (previously held by RSRUK and Rockrose Energy) recently lapsed and that the Tain acreage is therefore unlicenced and available to be re-licenced in the future.

We have been working for some time to advance a solution for the Blake / Tain / Serenity area but this has made little progress whist the previous Tain licensees were unable to approve additional investment.
