Said two to 3 weeks which would make Monday or Tuesday

Exactly 3 weeks would make it Tuesday 17th September

I was trying to point out that their is a risk, that for a gain of only 0.0150 if it doesn’t pass it could fall back to the 9s or 10s..

Under the terms of the acquisition, i3 Energy shareholders would receive 10.43p in cash and one new Gran Tierra share for every 207 i3 Energy shares held.

Additionally, shareholders would receive a 0.2565p dividend per share, bringing the total value of the offer to 13.92p per i3 Energy share, representing a 49% premium to the share price as of 16 August.

On August the 16th the share price was only 0.09.40

So anyone buying in now at 12.42 or above can only gain

0.0150 per share it it passes

One and a half pence per share maximum

As the offer price is 13.92 per share in total…

So if there is no increase in the offer price or a new higher bid..

If GTE make a firm offer, would I3e share price

Fall to the GTE offer price of 10.42..per I3e share

Plus one GTE share per every 207 I3e shares

Plus one quarter’s dividend..

Or would it stay as it is..

Basically I’m asking can the final offer fall if it’s

dependent On the share prices of both shares?

Or is it a guaranteed offer of 13.92 per I3e share

regardless Of what each of the share prices are at on the completion?

If anything I think Gte will increase their offer

As the brokers have this at 30p

Even at 14p it’s dirt cheap
