I am sort of guessing here but they probably have some sort of High Risk proportion to their investments but with Cornish:

Well let's play out a possible hypothesis.

Uk owns £40M

They might need some money soon to prop up a certain Scunnie (for those who call it that) company

In the short medium term let's say the UK Gov can get 2 or 3:1 very quickly on their £40M and get out of Cornish.

Let's now say that Cornish is on much more secure ground for beyond FID

Now where can the insti's get there hands on 80-120M pounds worth of shares that gives them a solid return on the investment over the next loads of years?

Shares will become available albeit at a higher cost as the risk has been reduced.

My take is that this is the time when insti's will pile in.

Why would insti’s pump large investment in a mining company that is still at stage 1 and production is a year away at best.

Only speculative amounts with multiple returns would be here ( a very small punt)

However stage 2/3 it will be a different story.

So a couple of punts early but for a sure thing after FID they will not mind getting in with large money for a 14 to 25 year return on investment

Until then mainly milestone jumps in sp and along the upward curve we go.

Find a very long tv series to watch

This is probably sliding a previous order across as the market doesn't trade this amount in a single purchase unless an order that has been filling for a time so probably not a trade as such but an order book or transfer between 2 parties.

The people and organisations that plan for future requirements at global levels are so much cleverer and patient than 99% of investors.

If you think back to bunker hunt who tried to corner the silver market but the world just kept digging and he run out of money and processing venues.

My own opinion is that someone unmentionable is acting up like another couple of tyrants annd dictators and trying to corner 1/3 of the world and for a while the world will cough and splutter.

Eventually they will be gone and hopefully we will still be here as will the world.

Our value is in the ground and IMO we will get taken out very quickly if this continues or even gets worse.

True value will only come if it looks like we are going to production.

The sooner they sort out FID the faster we will rise or get ambushed

The current day to day sp is based on scratchings.

Real quantities as we approach FID will make this jump as big time investors will want to see returns over many years.

They will not tie up funds until then.

We may get a good bump after shaft news when heavyweight retail punters take an interest in a quick return.

It’s not sat on the sell it’s on the BUY.

Someone has placed an order for what they could not get at the offer so if it is large enough to bother about the sp has been walked down to shake the tree to fill it.

Then it will reset until news and jump
