He doesn't even appear on the list of Board members now, it's as though he was never there (if only!) So it's basically Brian, Luis Azevedo and Jack James now. Suppose it saves on biscuits at the board meetings, might bring the break even figure down from 50kt.

That is the BEST news I've had since lockdown. Absolute waste of space, makes Prince Andrew look like Bill Gates. How on earth was this man allowed to draw a salary for four years ? The wrong man for the wrong position with the wrong company. I, and I would imagine several others, will not miss him.

I'm not sure there's much to congratulate john. Say what you will about quisad, and I've had my run ins with him over the years, he knows considerably more than you regarding a) the company b) Brian McMasters and his previous ventures c) fertilisers. d) how they do business in Brazil. You may feel that sounds harsh, but a great deal of us are well underwater after constantly been fed the promised land when they needed our money and now fed crumbs with little to zero information forthcoming. More progress on the storage expansion on Twitter, pretty much the only place I get news about this company these days.

Pretty much written this investment off now. Market cap is now just over £4 million, so any fundraising (which will come!) will massively dilute existing shareholder's value. Can't for the life of me think why they expanded so fast. Didn't even need to be connected to the grid the amount they're selling!. Expansion, mining licence, planting trees, and let's not forget the fantastic salaries. Only hope is a takeover - if Brian thinks he can get 10p/share for this he's living in dreamland.

As you say, if anyone is circling, can't think of a better opportunity right now to get this company for a steal. Can't see much opposition from (ordinary) shareholders - we've been let down too many times now.

I just can't see the reason to continue expansion and spend huge amounts on licenses, given the company's progress to date SOYO. I honestly feel it would be in the company's (and ours) interest to be taken over, it seems that's what the constant expansion amounts to (can you ever see them mining 450kt per annum ?) Would happily accept 10p right now

Not in a position to unfortunately. I hold 1.5 million shares 0.8% of a company with a derisory management. I am at a loss to understand why the expansion programme was not halted in April given Brazil's situation. Most oil companies cut back exploration and production yet HMI seemed to continue spending like a kid in a candy store. Leaving Brian aside, i have invested just over 100k of my own money, unlike yourself and Heyhoe, and am shocked at the appalling return to date. There just always seems to be an excuse to bring out when results come around.

The new era of constant dialogue with shareholders seems to have disappeared given the fact we have had no news in the last three months. Leaving aside the odd video testament from a farmer in Brazil I guess that's it till Christmas or January. Still, as you say David, let's adopt the Churchillian spirit and roll our sleeves up. Wonder if the management and sales team could do the same.

So given the fact that most people were aware of the serious problems in Brazil David, and that it was unrealistic for expexted targets to be met, will the board be taking a cut in salary this year ? Or will it be same old and let's continue with the expansion - God alone knows why, we're never going to see 100kt for another couple of years now. Great foresight in paying the 1 million so soon after receiving the full mining licence. Do we need the full licence when we can't even get past 50kt a year!

So that message appeared on the twitter account on 19th June and now we are being told covid-19 was the main driver in the reduced sales in Q2. You couldn't make it up - crap management, crap company. Can't wait for Brian and sweaty to explain these results. In the meantime, we continue to expand the mine - Christ knows why.
