They are T’ing Brazil up very nicely. Production site in Brazil will enable Favera to compete with the local markets. All paid for out of available cash.

AGM next week…let’s see what they’ve got to say. I must say it’s a very simplified business now, licks, bolases and no debt. Hope an update on Chirton also.

Was hoping for a small bounce in the share price but I guess everything is in line with expectations which have been delivered. The future confidence portrayed in both the CEO and Chairman’s reports are very encouraging but I guess the market will want to see how that works out before we see any dramatic share price increase. Let’s face it they on a fairly keen p/e now? Nice to see board have agreed a progressive divided policy at 2x covered influenced by some major shareholder I guess (!) but if they make £10m at some stage fairly soon then the divided per share is likely to be circa 10p. We may not get there (10p) as if they have the distribution platform they envisage then there’s no doubt someone will be after that and buy them. Saying that if they can pay out 15p then sit tight and retire!

Pushing the results out another 10 days implies some news that’s not quite ready for announcement coupled with the recent Bank Facility makes for the results and future intriguing…I hope!

The new facility will support Fevara's entry into complementary, counter-seasonal southern hemisphere markets, in line with our strategic priority to expand into new, extensive grazing-based growth markets.

Looks like we will be seeing a purchase in South America region which ties in very nicely with Trumps removal of tariffs?

No point waiting! If you tendered at £1.64 you gotta buy back at £1.30 and follow the team who know what’s ahead!

It’s a shame to say goodbye to the name Carrs but it’s in the best interest of sentiment (aka the Market) and we can now move away from the stationary value that has been synonymous with Carrs for the last 12 years. Extracting ourselves from the name Carrs (unfortunately) will accelerate the new message.

It’s very possible someone will buy them. Possibly another US company. They may have someone lined up already?

Any thoughts on Agg price post tender. I’m seeing 165 Edison and 180 Cavendish which makes Agg a better price than tender with 52m shares left. So if you don’t tender you pretty much double your shareholding at above prices. I’m maybe a bit optimistic but Agg only could rise significantly on its own?

Excellent run today. Perhaps picking up shares before ex dividend and of course before the tender price. Presume higher the share price higher the tender offer although we getting 75p which makes Agriculture now worth 146p - 75p?

Any thoughts.

Let’s see what the new forecast’s are which Edison should produce next couple of days, although momentum in share price will only come post tender offer and how it is accepted or not by existing shareholders.
