Hello Wreslers, and a special hello to Bob for updating on the APT price. I'm a WLFE evacuee after a shafting when the staggered stop losses all fired at once - bugger! The SP for WRES is quite ridiculously low IMHO so building while I have some readies a reasonably large holding but this time not all the eggs! I'm not into the cross dressing OMR, but really scoop up the humour from all B.B, members which always brings a grin on the chops. I guess the Glod news will be announced soon - so fingers crossed everyone as it may be more than a blue day LOL! Good luck everyone WD43
@ Nottsbaggie, The wonders of weasel words - and facts mustn't get in the way! Ploughing through some of Gable Comms blurb I had the dj vu of re-reading Dilbert - could be the nominee whipping boy for misrepresentation of a material fact or omission, but I'm a confirmed cynic and signed up for every conspiracy theory going! GLA WD43
@DGR1980, Guilty - A WLFE evacuee - after farting around for over a week after a stop loss debacle - Hello all SML board. Couldn't catch the level early enough as it kept rising over my initial punt so took the market option - have some tidying up to do when funds allow as trying to take a 2 mill position after a 3 mill with WRES. Hoping that WLFE survives as it is logical to be the port of call for Redmoor once operational, in the interim it;s Rip-van-Winkle time. Good luck all, WD43
@ DevonWolf, The hit was a lot worse than it should have been - I had the stops staggered from 2.9 in successive tranches - bottom tranche for the final million was at 2.5 - I was wiped at 2.3 for the whole 2.1 million - yup, dangerous tools stop losses but it was more my being lazy and I should have only set up 50% on a lower stoppage, live and learn LOL! I wont be using stop losses in the future to that extent as they are not as precise as they should be but I guess it depends on your broker reacting sharply to price changes. I already have a small stake in SML and as you and Richam have intimated there is a good chance that Redmoor will eventually be requiring a tie up with WLFE for processing - if I remember correctly, Redmoor has a better Tungsten percentage in the ore - need to look up the tin factor at Redmoor to cheer myself up. It has happened to me Richam when LSE has a hiccup, double posting seems to be the norm!! Good luck to all Wolfers, WD43
Once again, thanks DevonWolf. Really appreciate your updates, a breath of sanity on this board mate, Monday's activities report is going to be damned important for this stock, fingers crossed it is a positive increase. Though I am out of WLFE after the violent stop loss triggered last week I'm keeping tabs on here as to whether to pile in again. There are others in the offing - from SML, WRES, EMH, ORM and soon Strongbow will be in the contenders ring haha!! In the interim I've siphoned a couple of grand out of the ISA to spoil myself with a nice leather jacket and a few bits and pieces - mutton dressed as lamb is the phrase for this old fart LOL! Good luck as always to all Wolfers, WD43
Thanks SouthWesterner, Nice to read a knowledgeable assessment and I didn't need the dictionary LOL! Out of the possible diverse extras, only Niobium I reckon is a contender (rabbit in the hat) and the silver, yet that depends on the quantity and ease of extraction/separation. It's price has risen steeply the last few quarters broadly in line with Tungsten but the real need is to get production of the tin/tungsten to nameplate. The Cinovec project in Czechoslovakia quite close to Prague is damned interesting - seems some politicking shenanigans giving confusion. And the closer to home Lithium scene is with Cornwall Resources, part of Strategic Minerals and the Lithium extraction will be from the mine water, some mention of - a bit pie-in-the-sky for me at this stage. Link is:- https://www.cornwalllive.com/news/business/redmoor-tin-tungsten-lithium-cornwall-705970 Definitely a puffed up piece of journalism, and further is Strongbow (Canadian TSXV:SBW) seeking AIM listing this year and extracting lithium from Brine springs ?? https://uk.reuters.com/article/africa-mining-strongbow/strongbow-to-seek-aim-listing-to-help-revive-cornish-tin-idUKL8N1PW5QR There is scope for collaboration between Redmoor (expected 2021) and Drakelands for mutual gain but, far too early to see the outcome if any. All the best to all Wolfers, WD43
I missed your post DevonWolf, it got buried in the deluge of posts since Wednesday - had to do the read through all to make sure I hadn't missed anything pertinent like yours!! Following the advice offered about contacting the BoD is like ascribing to the "Flat Earth Society" - like - another pointless futile exercise - DOH! With all my stock sitting on a set of stop loss triggers there isn't much more to do - if they are set off then the decision will be to buy in at the lower prices or walk away - it's a choice to be made at the time after reading the "tea leaves" LOL! I agree, June is my preference to have a holiday down Plymouth and I'll do an email to WLFE and see if they are willing to allow a guest tour of sorts once I have the holiday details sorted out. Good luck to all WD43
Thanks DevonWolf, Very sad but no ticket - I was crushed and crumpled in the stampede! Maybe for the best as it is a bit late in the year to come trolling down - I still hanker for a holiday down Plymouth way possibly round June time so escape the holiday crowd. Apologies for my cynicism as well aware that GRES had done the design - there was an extended hand over period which raises a few questions as to the sign off, I really do hope this doesn't descend into a legal wrangle - the only winners in that scenario are the lawyers siphoning off every drop of blood they can screw!! The LFN problem does show that WLFE are doing everything possible in meeting the EA requirements - you must know directly the effort in landscaping, road build, waste handling and overall site design is testament to the way that WLFE have operated, it does show considerable professionalism. The APT roller coaster price could not have been foreseen hitting hard at the start up phase - ploughing through the "wrong" type ore - it is till an accolade that despite these immense difficulties that WLFE are doing their damnedest to get to nameplate production - YES, they have to succeed otherwise I loose too much money LOL! All the best WLFRs, WD43
@ Mikea1boy, That is the suspicion I've held for a year or so now Mike - and "seasoned" not the same as charcoaled to death on a barbecue - but the thought is entertaining LOL! I'm no geologist but isn't the kaolin schist the weathering of the original surface mica lode?? The song and dance excuse is that they were going for the more solid material at a lower depth and would take the loss on the first few levels of extraction so as not to have a different extraction process for the kaolinised body - well that is my naive understanding so far - ProcessGuy will have a better handle on this facet. Any one have news about who was coughing up for the LFN saga and is that any where sorted as yet?? We really could do with some uplifting news from WLFE, the mushroom club feeling is getting a bit depressing! All the best WLFRs WD43
Think you have read up on too many conspiracy theories LeapFrog - the stupidity of the POTUS Trump is beyond any logic I can fathom - but it does hint that because of his actions and his rhetoric it will result in the price of several raw materials hiking up. Yes, China has the capability of dumping in retaliation but very doubtful they will play that type of game as it is counter to their modernisation process. They have only to sit tight and watch the slow motion train wreck that Trump's fortress America is bound to ensue - quite likely America becomes a pariah country - very sad, but possible - sigh!! Without RCF's funding and deep pockets WLFE would not have got this far - yes, there are some questions about the adequacy of management right from the start in not determining the type of material they were going to be processing and also who the hell bought the "fell off the back of a lorry" processing equipment in the first place?? Considering these were seasoned Australian miners - or that was what we were lead to believe, the whole farrago is more serious than the initial "teething" troubles - it remains to be seen if the shuffled management has created measurable improvement - if the BOD reads this I hope they have a twinge of conscience in justifying their salary level. Good luck as ever to all WLFRs out there. WD43
Great report Telemarker! I particularly took to heart the upbeat estimate of $345 for 2018e, $395 for 2019e and $415 for 2020e - though they gave WLFE a bit of a ****ging it was still a very balanced document well worth the read. It certainly was an eye opener about the major players getting shafted by the Chinese price manipulation leading to them going belly flop! More players are entering the game now that the APT is on the upward track. Very positive news and quite welcome, thanks TeleMarker. Good luck to all WLFers, WD43
Sorry Board, LSE threw a wobbly on submitting my post first time, taking a backwards page didn't register that it had gone through so hit the tit a second time - DOH!! WD43
@ Kitty11, The idiot in the White house seems hell bent in creating fortress America - but maybe it is in the best interests for the country as China has ravaged many industries by product dumping - I think specifically of the photo-voltaic solar energy sector, more or less wiped out by Chinese below cost imports. it wont be Ipso Facto on Tungsten such that this will ramp up the APT spot prices but it is certainly something to be aware of - thanks Kitty11 for passing us this info. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I might be grateful to POTUS Donald Trump!! Good luck to all WLFErs, WD43

@ GetInThere, Precisely my thoughts about the two posters, they seem to feed off each other with vitriolic comment about anyone who accordingly to their blind optimism has posted any information that offends/detracts from their bullish viewpoint - smacks a little bit of desperation to me. I'm in way over my head - sadly, but becoming quite sanguine - yet this morning I placed a set of staggered stop losses. Totally out of the market if WLFE SP drops down to 2.5p giving just short of a 90k loss. I am very sad about this as I believed implicitly in the value of this mine being a good investment but then as all good advice goes you shouldn't put all your eggs in one basket - sigh!! Once the dust of dilution settles - if it does happen - I might reconsider jumping back in again if I have totally pulled out with the stop losses, but not to the same extent - I have the scorched/burnt fingers to remind me LOL! As ever, Good luck to WLFE holders. WD43
@ The Famous Romford White Knight posting as Daytrader13 "Sticks and Stones may break my bones - but names will never hurt me" Sad to see that you RWK, along with others, have descended into the playground with name calling - very sad as this is not how I remember you from over a year ago, I had always ascribed you as being sharp, witty and astute - over the last few months you have destroyed that image I had. I reject that idea you promoted that somehow I was some sycophantic follower, I always feel it polite to acknowledge those who have taken the trouble to post news of whatever shade or colour it is - anything false will quickly be discerned and reputational status will subsequently diminish. I confess to be sitting on a huge loss - that's the penalty as playing the stock market is always a gamble but the loss will only be encapsulated if I sell up - hence the only choice is sit on it like grim death hoping for a little turn around to recoup something. If it goes tits up -so be it - already partly accepted with a tinge of bitterness - but who knows, WLFE are masters of the mushroom club. As ever, good luck to all WLFers. WD43
Thanks once more DevonWolf - the APT price increase is really good news - could a graph projection give a hint as to where it might level off at?? Very unsettling news about the weekly shutdowns you reported Richam - WLFE needs to be more forthcoming with information as to the reasons why - keeping stum is very unsettling and reflects detrimentally on the SP. My appreciation as ever Richam for taking the risk of legal action being taken against you in your reporting these details, I didn't know WLFE had a schedule D notice wrapped around it, possibly you were not aware?? !! /end sarcasm Good luck to all WLFErs WD43
@ Richam & ProcessGuy - I've stopped crying and will hold to the (bitter) end. As you say Richam it's a question of how the hell did it go so wrong from the lack of appreciation of the soft ore to the tungsten disappearing into the tailings amongst the inadequate fines recovery. I have the suspicion that there was inadequate analysis of the ore and boundaries right at the very start, as was mentioned on this board - this is a china clay area and there should have been the knowledge of those conditions in mining weathered granite. Maybe the Aussies didn't have that foresight to start with. I beg the question - how much tungsten is dumped into the tailings which I doubt can be cost effectively recovered but it would be a footnote to the debacle. - Sigh!! Good luck to all Wolfers. WD43
Admiration Richam for your due diligence in compiling and setting out your analysis - though I have some neurons between the ears they are not firing to the same level of competency you posses. From the status so far I have to set my opinion to hold - no other option in truth and take the risk there may be further dilution and it's the boys with the large pockets that make the winning. Nothing new there then LOL! Good luck to all. WD43
As ever Devonwolf - Thank you for providing the good news and also a repeat of my appreciation to Richam and Processguy for detailed analysis - some went Whoosh over the head but the essential gist was understood. It will be lucky in my estimation to break even on those current figures but as my cost per share is just under 7p I am happy to sit on my arse and pray that the forthcoming RNS justifies my faith in this first class mining operation with attendant problems. I still would like opportunity to visit the mine if the opportunity arises later this year as was mentioned some time ago - would make for an interesting holiday from here in Manchester. Good luck to all Wolfers, we should have some thing solid to chew on next week. WD43
