Here are the questions i have submitted for the webinar tomorrow so we all don't duplicate
1) The EPO this has been verbally agreed back in Oct 2019 and still we have no official answer – I would assume we had to prove we as a company can deliver results if we are granted , however Prem’s record of delivery is ‘0’ . Over the years we have been told Resources are close to making a revenue stream only to be told sorry we need more money more time. I assume we had to have a partner to be able to deliver ZULU so we could demonstrate your ability fund and progress – is that true and if so is the JV still aboard of gone due to lack of movement
2) Do we have an idea of timescales to have official notice of the EPO we have been told is near its procedural , and a wink from a government official to say its waiting to be signed off that was months ago.
3) RHA – is this really viable and what exactly need in terms of time-frames and activities which are needed before we get any production shipped and it’s there any sales agreement in place.

EPO - the longer it goes on the more there is a chance of people changing their mind what for example . if PREM do not have a JV now for Zulu, would the ZIM government just say hang on we have to look for a company with a prove track record to move the grant and production forward and PREM only dont have any track record of getting stuff right its a question we need to ask at the webinar tommorow .... just saying out loud

the problem i see is not so much funding its the ZIM government holding everything up so we cant progress ,

our JV for Zulu and with give up a % of us to make as one ?
just thoughts , and maybe GR needs to room to move with our shares ready to be allocated

It was in the public domain about raising Share Ceiling - as per RNS 7th May which stated - 'The Company will convene a Special General Meeting of shareholders within the Period to seek an increase to its authorised share capital.'

The so called BIG group AKA Napom and circle of Friends stated they would not allow Prem to raise the share ceiling so where are they and what are they planning . i am 50-50 on it as we could move pretty quick if we got the EPO and could buy more of MHN ........ MAYBE THERE is a deal on the table in need of shares ..... maybe not - which ever way we do need some cash to move anything

What his plans are with MHN maybe to get controlling interest - i sold some today million just to nick some safety net in the bank , we do have EPO and RHA maybe the joint venture partner has left the table due to the ZIM government - now the group need to do what they said and block the raising where is Napom - Just over a week to say no until we know more and we have a bank holiday - And i dont think behind closed doors is legal will need to check as we could get a proxy person there

Just to lock in some of the rise of last few days , cash after following this for ages i have taken a chance to sell fingers crossed it was not a mistake with so much news due at some point

Acker what are views - what do you think is the reason for the leak ? as you are level headed about the company with balanced view

Always waiting on news but i have heard from a few people who do business in Zim that the government is trying to sort the EPO's out so investment will go into the country - wont hold my breath but looks like others may have heard this as well

from history and yes its tempting to sell out on this rise but AIM is risk and Reward and been here too long just to lose 75% - but the ZIM government giving that sort of money is taken by me to mean there will not be an answer very quickly - it is to keep us quite look at there previous messages around RHA before they invested - give us 48 hours that was 3 months later on RHA decision , then EPO last Oct announced verbally and we still wait , - But there is a big positive why would a skint Government give anything if it didnt want to be in the game ......
So i hold on despite the finger over the sell button.

also next delivery of crested ZIM paper not due until previous 5 years bills cleared

just normal trading before Friday - up the day before and back down the following week to be repeated again until people are bored or gone ......

How long can we last without EPO being granted , and how long with both no EPO and No RHA injection , and whats the backup plan with the Circum shares which brought PREM to the mercy of debt and no revenue ? simple questions

could be JZ as all up in the air at moment and cannot see an early upturn here
