Just because you have a % of shares does not mean you will get % of revenue only dividends , you have to take over the company to control revenue

i don't think it will be done the EPO announcement this week , MOM in a mess and rest of Zim government not happy with delays so in fighting me thinks my feeling it will be a few weeks away maybe ,, just my feeling

i agree with ACKER , Circum was originally ZULU DFS money but GR spent it hoping for a quicker turn a round which never happened , so why should it be payed out as to dividend to people who have not lost as much as LTHs - and Acker stated why give out cash we need to progress PREM ...

My view of the deal , we get a monthly management fee ( should be costs plus some uplift no one knows what that is) we then get a share of Revenue 'profit' and we also get all profits until the loan account is paid in full - in the background Nieef/Zim government will fund development work on RHA is that correct

because there is nothing to report
