I think you both better take a look at note 11 on the half yearly. Regarding what was paid and the Quantity requirements to fulfill the missed crystalised hedges when the failed to start up in time.

1st April to 30th of June was only 29.25 pence per therm on 3,750,000.

They then needed to produce a further 600,00 therms in April at 43.60….620,000 in May at 43.60 and 600,000 in June at 43.60.

As you pointed out HITs they failed to produce that amount and will again be required to crystalised the missing production again at Angus expense. …o yes and they also have that £4 million still owing that one to many dosent realise exists from that original crystalised hedge.

No cash pile at all in reality, just another missed hedge to add to the debt pile!

Of course he has opted to defer it for 6 months. If he could have taken it in shares he would be well over the 30% mark and liable to make an offer for the company as I understand it! He would also have £1.89 million worth of shares @a 15 % discount to the 30 day average over a billion isn’t it, that could very likely be worthless!

It was the Fact that he has chosen to scrape the bottom of the barrel and wants JTP running the show!! I know they have eyebrow raising ties, but putting this man who has a interesting relationship with the truth in charge is game over territory!

It “could” always have been a possibility. With Mr Forrest deciding to delay his payout in shares, and asking for JTP to be put in charge (very dodgy historical ties there if you can be bothered do do some research) and the Fact that Aleph want to appoint a director (they are owed the majority of the 8% override) I’m my humble opinion it’s now WILL de-list.

I now expect that 6 month warning that DE-LISTING from AIM will happen is nailed on.

Everything he said is total fantasy. Perhaps if he bothered to actually do the bare minimum of research he would know how much the SF4 works would cost (see the CPR) double his picked out of the air figure, and as has just been explained they have to do that essential work just to stand still. 100% increase? Total fantasyland! Yes a new CPR would be welcome, but unlikely to happen at present with the difficulty the company is experiencing. If they manage to re-work the financial mess they are in the hedge rates will look nothing like what is published at present. The fundamental asset and license value are Circa £100 million ????? All the sites are end of life, or Test wells that the bigger boys know are not worth pushing. Far from being a “Leviathan” Balcombe is a 100 to 1 shot that that they admittedly need to pursue, but at their own expense for stage 1 and in all likelihood until commercial quantities are proven if a minor miracle should occur. The have permission for a test and not to produce!

The crystalised 2023 hedges weren’t and aren’t being met by the production from the new compressor, and are being changed at 10% pls Sonia…..about £6 million!

Just to ad to what Mirasol has said. I think they upgraded the de-com provision to about £5 million in the accounts. Interesting enough the CPR excludes de-com costs in its figures.

BUT and it’s a very BIG BUT! THe figure in the accounts excludes the 8km pipeline to Saltfleetby. Mr Forrest must have been doing cartwheels when he offloaded that onto his Lordship!

The cost the Russian Federation AKA , Wingas, AKA Saltfleetby Energy put on de-commissioning the whole thing£12.8 million.

The RNS relating to the original £20 Million loan is clear. If they fail to pay the interest rate rises to 20% plus SONIA. So it matters little if it’s technically a default or not it’s not something they obviously chose to do. How do we know? Because they gave the reason.

But far more evidence is available. They have not paid the 8% now nearly 15 months delinquent ( see the 16th Jan RNS) (slipped in right at the end) either. Around £1.6 million now. Ditto MR Forrest’s quarterly payments, also missed. Then you have the Crystalised missed payments around £10 million looking at the accounts (seenote23/23) and finally the accounts themselves. They showed the owed around £3.5 million. Very easy to work out what they have made since then…..There isn’t any money for any deal in the pot! ….There is a big black hole!
