Perhaps more interesting is the fact that that when taking a look over all their history’s, they all mention lady of Aim in them……yes the very same lady of Aim that started the rumour that saw Angus suspended!!

I suspect “king rat” JTP deserting his own sinking ship (He founded the company) signals that the lender isn’t keen on paying the 8% gross royalties mostly to Aleph for ripping shareholders off sorting the first loan they told us they didn’t need, and his best mate mr Forrest remaining £1.88 million from the sale of 49% of Saltfleetby for £14 million (a very sweet deal). Hard to see how the whole of Angus would be worth £14 million now?

The next RNS is going to be interesting that’s for sure!

All Angus assets have debentures secured against them by Mercuria. The issue is this, apart from Saltfleetby they are all just a de-commissioning expense. All played out or in Balcombes case a very long odds gamble on the discredited Kimmeridge play, circa £3 million just for testing it! Brockham may just about be breaking even for now but in all likelihood is losing money at today’s price of oil. So around £3 million in de- comm costs there for those and Lidsey.

Saltfleetby is of course viable, as those who hold the nearly 5 billion shares have paid for it with zero return, but what they could sell it for probably wouldn’t cover the £25/26 million they owe Mercuria.. When assigning a value to Saltfleetby you would need to take into account the end of life de-comm costs (£12.8 million according to Saltfleetby Energy Accounts when Forrum took over) because that includes the 8km pipeline that mr Forrest offloaded in that very sweet deal he did. Add to that another £10 Million for the 2 new essential wells promised into highly questionable geology and who knows what Saltfleetby is actually worth?

Shareholders should be aware that there is a risk that admission of the Company's securities could be cancelled if they have been suspended from trading for six months.

Anyway, they don’t own that hole in the ground! The land is leased. The Permission to extract hydrocarbons expires in April 2027. I can’t find any application by Angus for storage for gas, hydrogen or CO2 storage…….O and the cost of the pipeline for storage is way beyond anything this lot can afford!

It’s actually going to be more like £40 million if they are going to drill the 2 new essential wells. £30 million is around the current liabilities.

That’s a lot of interest to pay when we are talking credit card rates!….if anyone will be willing to lend it to them with their appalling track record!

Nothing to do with not paying loans back, The 8% override, missing 1.8 million therms in crystallised hedges they were contracted and the £1.88 million they owe Mr Forrest…….how incredibly convenient that tweet was!!!!

Very interesting posts. Just a couple of observations if I may!

If this is the multi-million deal of a lifetime you are alluding to, why did Wingas give it away with the £12.8 million de-comm pot to MR Forrest (agreed that looks incredibly dodgy) and why did Mr Forrest then sell 49% to Angus for £1….yes £1 and threw in £2.5 to de-com the field (note)( not the 8km pipeline ) or restart the field for that ridiculous low figure (I also note all the experts failed to mention that that figure was tens of millions short at the time)?

And why would anyone who was seriously interested in a project of national importance costing probably £400 million now on those figures you supplied not just take over the field from Angus in April 2027 when the NSTA license runs out? It’s not like Angus fulfill the stipulations the license requires at present is it.

Squeaky bum time for a few involved in this and UKOG at present. Both very “interesting” connections with those involved and both teetering on the edge.

A lot of questions will be asked of the NSTA formally the OGA if either go surge pan as to why licensing has been granted both companies and also Forum with some fairly now obvious question marks!

When MR Forrest Took over WIngas owned mostly by the Russian Federation, it had a de-comm price tag of £12.8 million for the Site and the 8 mile pipeline. That was done under the name of Forrum Energy Services as I recall. That company only had £80k showing in their accounts!!. A previous director of that company also shared a directorship with Jonathan TIdswell Pretoria’s (whom they are currently trying to install as COO) .mr Forrest was also the Secretary of the much Larger Forrum Energy. Surprisingly he signed off on the accounts for that company despite having resigned earlier that year. Carlos De Santos Angus’s FInace Director (I see he got demoted in the latest RNS) also held shares in that Company.

All very interesting you say! But Wingas (Saltfleetby Energy) and Angus shared the same address the year before the Saltfleetby deal went through.

I haven’t even got into the connections with David Leningras!!!

Fair to say that this lot all know each other extremely well and will be looking to do whatever they can to get the best deal for themselves. It may well have gone to far and be out of their control by now however hopefully.

Angus Energy- You couldn’t make it up…

When I read the Angus announcement I thought that I was in some parallel universe, I’ve heard a lot of pony in my near 40 years in the sector but this takes the bacon. Ex Chairman, who left for a good reason as I remember, trying to sack CEO and replace him with Lord Lucan and Adam Habib which immediately prompted the resignation of Rob Shepherd (which is a very telling indeed). As for the financing and the £3m facility the less said about that the better. What a total shambles, whatever the quality of the asset this looks like being as close to uninvestable as it gets, your call…

Funnily enough he started talking About Angus and doing interviews for Flagstaff TV! ….The same Flagstaff who are Angus’s PR company! Funny how his views have changed.

Now that Ex Chairman is the disgraced Johnathan Tidswell Pretorius that they are trying to re-instate at present. He is one of the reasons I keep posting here ResRes if you must Know. Cost me about £5k with his underhanded share deal……And just to let you know yes I still hold stock as it wasn’t worth selling!

They shut the whole site down for 2 or 3 days for the Annual maintenance for safety reasons don’t they?

Not sure it’s that either Mirasol. I have noticed a standard 3 day drop since the compressor was installed. It just seems to be becoming more frequent. It was about a two week gap in April and has gotten shorter since then.

Maybe they are turning a couple of the wells off for a pressure buildup for 3 days?
