IMO its better for the gravy train season ticket holders for the SP to be kept low so they can get the placings away easier, as less chance of losing money, even though the placings are hmmmm "unsolicited"

Agree, being a long term holder with NDOG is only ever going to end in failure. Number of shares in issue increases massively each year with all placings over and over to cover the loss making business, thats why the share price never really goes anywhere.
In hindsight the only way to make money is to either be in on the cheap placing scam or to buy at as close to same price and get rid of them within a couple of weeks before you get trapped.
The company and its leader are a complete shower of steaming horse dung.
