Hi CP - yes agree with your comments. The fact the board isn't heavily laden with shares is not a big negative in my opinion, I just see it as a big positive if they do continue to buy. You'll know with that other holding of ours that the CEO buys regularly when he's allowed to and that's given me great confidence over there.

As for patience, yes of course I have it in abundance as well, but i still like to see regular updates to keep the company in the spot light. Markets can be very fickle things and they need to constantly be reminded of the merits of a particular company.

Gents, When investing I normally like to make contact with the company management. Not to pester them, but more often than not to offer my support. My other major holding, the CEO always replies to my emails and carries out regular conference calls. He therefore comes over as a "pi friendly" CEO.

I have emailed HZM however disappointingly I have not even received an acknowledgement let alone a reply. Do any of you gents email and get replies from the company?

One thing is for sure IMO and that is that Nick has done all he possibly can to provide shareholder value, something he vowed he would do many moons ago. This latest "equity payment" RNS lessens dilution and keeps him true to his word. Also what other CEO would do regular CC's? You'd be hard pushed to get other bosses to even consider talking to pi's, so I take my hat off to Nick for the way he is managing things. The rest is up to the market - oh and more good drill results.
