Gents - of course i agree with your comments. Yes Egdon is to "blame" but i still think UJO, even as a junior partner, should have kept a closer eye on things. But to be fair I have no idea just how much they were involved. I'm sure though in the future they might take more of an interest as it's their good name being tarnished as well.
I'm pleased emails have been sent. I will also send a suitable email as i believe the more investor correspondence the company has, the better.
Mr Bezzer - that's brilliant work your company does. My Wife I an also do charity work a little further afield. It's more rewarding than I can put into words. I take my hat off to you.
Don't get me wrong gents, i am in no way looking to post negatively, I just try to post how I see things. So for now this is a set back and if Egdon and UJO's management are worth their salt (which I believe they are) then the will recognise the failings and deal with it in a future appeal. All JV partners need to get round the table and sort this once and for all.
